I love how couscous can become something very different,
depending on the type
of sauce and
ingredients you
add to it.
You can
add more or less
of each
ingredient depending on your taste.
When you try that banana «ice cream» be sure to try the chocolate version by
adding some cocoa powder, a very little honey (
depending upon the sweetness
of your bananas) and the trick
ingredient....

ingredients, but
added about a 1/3 to 1/2 cup
of the broth from the chicken (
depending on how thin or thick you like your sauce).
