I think fresh ripe peaches and coconut milk are sweet enough
on their own, but you can always
add a little
of your favorite
sweetener if you like.
And, since the strawberries are so naturally sweet
on their own, you really don't even need to
add any sort
of sweetener to this jam.

CLIF Bar: These bars are far from healthy, made up
of mostly refined sugars from brown rice syrup (one
of the highest
on glycemic index
of sweeteners) and processed oat syrup, processed soy (not the same as whole soy), poor quality
added processed fats from vegetable glycerin / canola oil / sunflower oil, and saturated fat from cocao butter.
Add in melted coconut oil, lemon juice, liquid
sweetener of choice and continue processing
on high until a very smooth mixture forms.
