This past Thursday marked the one - year anniversary
of The Curious Case
of Campbell's Rats, wherein we took a wild ride through
over two decades
of animal research in which Dr. T. Colin Campbell
of China Study fame showed that dietary protein, whether it comes from animals or plants, protects against
aflatoxin toxicity and the initiation
of new precancerous lesions while simultaneously promoting the growth
of precancerous lesions that have already formed.
Although this isn't discussed in «Forks

Please read my Forks
Over Knives review for more information on what's wrong with the conclusions drawn from Campbell's casein /
aflatoxin research, and if you'd rather look at peer - reviewed research than the words
of some random internet blogger, see my collection
of scientific papers based on the China Study data that contradict the claims in Campbell's book.

over aflatoxin, all
of these very scary stories fail to mention the origin
of this concern and that it's been resolved.
