Spread a generous amount
of aioli over each sourdough slice.

To serve, place the artichokes on plates and place a dollop
of the aioli in the center of each artichoke and serve with additional aioli on the side.
We added rouille instead
of aioli and it enhanced the bouillabaise feeling.

I knew I would have leftover Avocado
Aioli, Pico De Gallo, and cabbage so I purchased double the amount
of Halibut I needed for the tacos and planned to make a salad with the leftovers.
