Jeremy it just hit me like a bolt
of lightning i am so excited about this thought that salvation has nothing to do with eternal
life but is speaking
of losing the ability to be an overcomer in Christ.Having been
there as a carnal christian i always believed in Jesus but i felt i did nt have the power to
live a christian
life so i felt like a hippocrite i was still subject to sin and sinful desires. So in that sense i had never received salvation because i had never been an overcomer in the first place. So i can see how a christian could lose
there salvation having once
walked by faith but that does nt effect
there eternal
life in Christ.Just so others know i am now
walking by faith and am an overcomer i know what it is like to experience the power
of the holy spirit and to not be overcome by my old nature that is what Jesus wants us all to experience rather than being a victim
of the enemy.Whether we are an overcomer or not does nt effect our eternal
life.brentnz

while the writer has little knowledge
of the bible, he is also greatly lacking what he should know to write such a article, the laws give to people
of all
walks of life is the commandments given by moses, religion does not have anything to do with goverments laws or rulings, he told us straight the one law that
there is no forgiveness for is murder, rulers and goverments take it upon themselves to make the decision whether to go to war, or if a person should be put to death, as far as jesus and the apostles are concerned thier labours was a work
of love and true humanitarian towards all peoples, races, religions, they never asked for anything for themselves, and they never took from one to give to another.

I thought straight away this is a joke as scriptures tell us only the father knows the time
of his sons return and hes keeping it to himself he hasnt even told his son yet.Mark 13:32 This a mystery isnt God all knowing and isnt Jesus God it is a mystery.Yet I like that that is the case because it proves that the father is not the son and the son is not the father they are separate yet they are one just like the holy spirit.I have come across denominations that believe the father son and holy spirit are the one person i asked them how they can say that when Jesus was baptized we see 3 separate persons. We have enough information to know that we are in the last days the signs are present and increasing.Ever since Israel became a nation the countdown has begun. The verse the enemy will come like a thief in the night i have heard preached many times and i believe the preachers have got it wrong because they preach it from the view for the church to get
there act together or you will miss out. This view is incorrect because if you are a born again believer following him in obedience and relying on the holy spirit you are not
walking in darkness but are
walking in the light so you will not be caught unaware as those who are sleeping this is a warning for those who are sleeping or
walking according to the flesh they are in darkness.Remember the 10 wise virgins the ones who were alert and keep refilling
there lamps went in with the bride those who slept were left behind and so it will be when the Lord returns. Now is the time to prepare our hearts and
lives to be ready for his return. It is an exciting time to be
living and we are to
live in the expectation that the Lord could return at any time brentnz
The significance
of the sacrifices was to see our sinfulness and turn our hearts back to God and that is made clear with the death
of Christ. The animals though could not remove our sin that was only possible through Christ as God he could remove sin in the past present and future as he is outside
of time and space not like us.So
there sins in effect were covered by Jesus as well in the old testament as in the new by Gods we just did nt see it.The example
of abraham able enoch they all were righteous they were justified before God.Enoch
walked with God and was no more that sounds like the rapture to me so the holy spirit was present in that age just like us.We see that God has always been at work to bring
life and to bring mankind to salvation.
Kaylee if you have asked Christ into your
life then the holy spirit -LCB- he is the spirit
of Christ -RCB- dwells within you it is him that changes us all we have to do is tell him that we are weak in whatever area we struggle. You mention alcohol when tempted to drink just tell him Lord i am weak but i am trusting in your strength to empower me and he will thats is how we change. If we try and do it in our strength we might succeed for a couple
of times then fall back into our old patterns. Then it becomes forgive me Lord for my sin we feel guilt and condemned and that is the work
of the enemy who is out to destroy our faith in God and because
of our feelings we go and do the same things all over again. But we have a better way and that is to trust the one who is able to overcome having been set free from my old
life style
of sin i am grateful each day to be
walking in his strength not mine.So the Lord has given you the victory in Christ and even if we stumble sometimes in the process we remember
there is no condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus God bless brentnz

Not sure i am convinced because how do you explain the verse an eye for an eye in the old testament
there have always been consequences for wrong doing and stiill are for sin.If we believe the word then that word is from God not satan. As far as satan is concerned he uses violence as his tools
of trade he works on our fears and is limited to robbing stealing and destroying he does nt have anything else.Violence confirms to us that
there is a spiritual battle going on both on the earthly plane and in the heavenlys and the battle is over souls. The verse the kingdon
of heaven is expanding and violent people take it by force is referring to that spiritual battle and as satan uses violence to expand his dominion so does God use violence to counter him.So what does he mean by that term for me i think it is saying that the the force
of evil that satan uses or violence is overcome by a greater violence or force a more powerful one that being the Love
of Christ.Through the cross we see that clearly portrayed and in our
lives that very same battle is still happening right now for dominion be clear if we
walk in the flkesh satan will have dominion over us but if we
walk according to the spirit and abide in Christ we have freedom from our old nature.and satan. He can oppose us but he wont be able to influence us if we are in Christ.
Personally we should expect persecution when we are following Jesus and
walking by the spirit Jesus said that as he was persecuted so will we.It may not be to the same extent that other believers in foreign countries who are losing
there lives for
there faith. But persecution for righteousness is necessary for us to grow in our faith just as a tree that is buffeted by winds grows stronger roots. You could call these tests or trails or tribulations or persecutions
of a type. What ever comes our way we know that all things work for good to those who love the Lord.brentnz
Come on get real samson old testement its in
there wilful sin my definition is
walking away from the Lord and doing opur own thing knowing what you should do but still do what you want to do.In the
life of Samson WE SEE Gods forgiveness and the sacrifice is the same as today repentence we are saved by the grace of God if we turn from our own way.He was disobedient to his parents and to the Lord his heart was no different from ours wilfully disobedient he chose sin over the Lord all the time sleeping with prostites and lying with foreign woman going his own way and yet God saves him not only that he was Gods chosen instrument to deliver his people. The sad part is his term was only 20 years if he had walking in the ways of the Lord he should have had that ministry for 40 years that is the term of completion. We cut ourselves short when we choose sin over the Lord which is an idol by the way.We all have those areas in our lives that we keep to ourselves thats wilful they are our demons and our comforters.Until we surrender all to the Lord we can not be overcomers and will be influenced by satan like samson it is clear warning to us wilful sin or making sin an idol in our lives has consequences better to serve the Lord with all our hearts even though samson did nt for much of his life God still showed him his grace and faithfullness. You can also see wilful sin in the Life of David yet God saves him but not all were saved in the life of saul as he wouldnt listen to the Lord and kept walking according to his fl

Amando i do nt get the battle you either trust God to save you and
live your
life for him or wallow in self pity and despair.Do you want to be saved or just talk about it.Trust God and he will save you but give up your old lifestyle tell God you blew it and that it is hard for you to
live a christian
life you need his help. The holy spirit is the one who is our helper insteaqd
of choosing sin we choose to
walk in the spirit. You need to surrender your
life to him because you are making a mess
of your
life living your way be sincere. If you are not serious about this discision
walk away and
live your
life for yourself
theres is no other options. You need to decide but choose to follow the Lord with all your heart that is the right decison you cant have both.

(2

there is a verse to contradict any other verse you can think

On the one hand,
there are countless numbers
of people who think they received eternal
life when they
walked an isle at a revival or evangelism crusade.
Tommy God has already forgiven you for your sin the moment you asked Jesus into your
life and confessed him as Lord. From that point he paid for your sin in full past present future. It is not sin that stops us from being with the Lord so you are saved. The problem you are experiencing is the battle for your
life in the here and now satan is out to destroy you and he knows our weaknesses. If you are honest
there were already issues in your
life that you struggled with and never got the victory over.So where do you go from here as i found myself in the same situation i was a christian but
walking according to the flesh.God does nt change his mind he always loves us but because
of our choices we distance ourselves from God.The issue is that we like sin thats our wicked hearts and to be fair we cant change our nature only Christ can do that our old nature must be crucified with Christ. The stumbling block is our pride we have to admit that we cant do it For me that was terribly difficult i was so independent thinking i could do anything but the truth was a made a real mess
of things.I sense you are at a crossroads and are feeling desperate and confused. So as a brother in the Lord you need to confess your sin to God and tell him that you are weak -LCB- we all are -RCB- and that you cant do it in your strength -LCB- None
of us can -RCB- but ask him to send the holy spirit to help you deal with the temptations and the sin that you struggle with and he will help you to change your
life he will empower you as he did me.Rather than look at who you are look to Christ and
walk in him and he will make you a new man and sin will not have dominion over you.Jesus came to set us free from bondage.Having once been a slave to sin i know what it is like to have been set free by the power
of God and that is what Christ is offering you today. All it takes is a desire to change or repent and admit we cant do it and trust him to give you the strength to
walk in him regards brentnz
and also if i have and your answer is yes then if
there is a way to get the holy spirit back then please tell me and also please pray for me for a few days and i also want to know that really is the unforgivable sin unforgivable and really i swear on my mother that i don't want to go to hell forever and i am very scared
of it please help me urgent and also i am sending a friend request to you on facebook and please accept it so that we can talk on this matter together and also i think you will like my page and i couldn't sleep properly because
of this and in my half sleep in my dreams i was just visiting your website and finding my comment missing and i as pleasing god and the holy spirit but as i was receiving my spirit again and again as i mentioned this in my previous comment i was abusing in my mind i couldn't stop abusing and i have a very good mother she tried to wake me but i told her not to do and it was happening same things again and again and i told my mother again the half truth because i don't want to break her heart and she told me that
there is nothing like ghosts and they are making me fools (you all) and i am telling you honestly before this i irritate my mother a lot i just watch tv and surf the internet or play games in my pc and i eat and brush late and also don't listen to my parents but after i saw your website i became obedient for a few days and again the same i am disobedient your webpage or article ruined my
life but this is not your fault and now days i am buy searching about this topic and my father (Vivek Saraf) broke his hands on the 6th May while riding at a very high speed he normally don't go at a very high speed but he had a very important work so whole he was riding a dog was running on the way and to save his
life he gave a very hard brake and he with his nebiour fall down and got injuries in his legs and broke his hands and at first he
walked with difficulty and then the local people helped him on his way and took him to the local hospital but the doctor told that we need to go to Kollkata (the capital
of west bengal, India) and so he went with his loyal staff because he is a business man and in the hospital he got cured but he still have the fracture in his hands so i request you to pray for him and his negibour also and i will tell you the rest in facebook bye and sorry for spelling mistakes in my previous comments.
Rick i struggled for over 20 years as a christian in the end i said whats the point
of struggling i feel powerless and useless so i gave in to sin that did nt work either but i was so sick
of struggling and seeing the same results i became more miserable and even more powerless in my struggle with sin.I decided one day no more enough was enough i needed to get my
life back in order. That was years ago and it was a process over 5 years that God dealt with all those things in my
life that needed fixing most days i just said to him Lord i cant do this i just do nt have the strength and he said thats okay you cant do it anyway just trust me.So now now i l know what it means to be an overcomer in Christ sin does not have the victory over me anymore because Jesus is my strength in my weakness.I know i cant
live a christian
life in my strength but i certainly can with Christ in me he is my strength and in him i am an overcomer. If this is speaking to others just want to let you know that you to can be an overcomer you do nt have to struggle or battle with your
walk or feel miserable because you give in to sin
there is a better way.Just admit that you cant do it and ask for his help for the holy spirit is in you and he is the one who helps us in our weakness.regards brentnz
Neville i mentioned those people only because the discussion was talking about dominionism the combination
of the church and state as a governing rule all those people were government leaders all
of them suffered in
there own way.Its was the suffering that prepared them for the roles that they were to play and
there faith in God was what helped them get through. We are made stronger in our weakness no matter how important or unimportant we may appear to others.I guess it is easy to fall into the lie about political involvement that its hard to make change but some people have had a huge impact.Really it is God who deserves the praise he is the one that creats the opportunitys to make impact on the world as in our strength we can do nothing. In hebrews the great men and woman
of faith
there are those that seemed unimportant to the world and many suffered for
there faith Our Lord knows everyone by name and every small act
of faith we do he remembers because we do it out
of our love for him that is what the christian
walk is about
living for Jesus and sharing that love with others.brentnz.

there is no «acting the spiritual hero» here — they are well aware
of my achingly normal self.
Instead
of big arguments and point - by - point apologetics, instead

Jack you cant sell what you do nt have satan already had us under his control through our sinful nature once we give our
lives to Christ we are Christs and then are protected from the enemy he also empowers us so we
walk according to our new nature so we wont be influenced by satan. That is why we must be born again. You need to be saved by believing in Jesus Christ that he was the son
of God and died for our sin then you wont be worried about what you think you have done or might do once you believe in him
there is no doubt that you are forgiven and saved through the blood
of Jesus.jOHN 3:16 say that if we believe in Jesus Christ Gods son we shall have eternal life.brentnz
Throughout the course

After
walking through the slum and trying to serve some
of the people that

You

But in the mornings, I want to write about the gloriousness
of the mundane

of all
of us
walking each other home for another day, the holiness
of how we all save each other, every day, we are sacred in our daily rhythms, this is the
life we're
living and it's right now, and so put the coffee on,
there is grace for all
of us,
there is something holy in just waking up to start all over again, new.
