but I was 1) worried about Mason meeting his nutritional needs with

of the guar gum and carrageenan in all the milk subs including hemp.

of coloring eggs, since that can be
so messy, or off - limits if there's an egg
allergy to consider, or you're just trying to reduce the sugar load by avoiding the sweet frosting
of decorated Easter cookies, try watercoloring your cookies instead.
Other than being really grateful for friends that love to eat and cook similarly to me, and for those that go out
of their way to accommodate my gluten and dairy - free needs by learning how to cook and / or bake in this way just
so I can be included, I'm learning that being more assertive, giving, and willing to educate others, both about food intolerances and
allergies, and about the mental health aspects that some
of us bring to eating, are really important.

My variations, I don't have any
allergy so I used a little less
of the seeds and added some hazelnuts.
I think I would love both
of those recipes, but my kids have nut
allergies so they couldn't eat them.
It requires a lot
of extra work to prepare meals for diners on special diets,
so please be sure to thank the staff
so they will continue to offer safe gluten - free or
allergy - free meals.
I used to make a lot
of breads, rolls, and pies, but not
so much since my daughter and I were diagnosed with a wheat
allergy.
A friend sent me to see a wonderful
allergy analyst / homeopath,
so in the summer
of 2010 I found out that I also have food
allergies.

so I'd never heard
of them, even though they live like 2 miles away from me!)
Now if you're planning on packing these in Jimmy's lunch box for the first day
of school, these DO contain nuts and coconut,
so they're not exactly
allergy - free.
