of a crossover between traditional sweet sugar cookies and crunchy, dunk - able,
biscotti.
:D Pine nut and Marsala
biscotti adapted from Dolci: Italy's Sweets 385g all purpose flour 150g granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/8 teaspoon table salt 3 heaping tablespoons honey 2 large eggs 2 large egg yolks 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature finely grated zest
of 1 large orange 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 ml Marsala wine 120g pine nuts, lightly toasted and cooled — or use

I am not a big fan

I came up with this
biscotti recipe after I took a trip to the southern French region
of Provence, which is renowned for its fields

of citrus, or you can make it plain, with just

Working in the test kitchen to re-create this classic
almond biscotti was a blast, I will be honest with you, it did take me a couple
of batches to perfect it, but it was all worth it.
