I noticed that someone suggested eating a bit
of almond butter before bed as it may help with hypoglycaemia - not sure if it helps but you may want to give it a try.
So I mean, I typically do a little bit
of almond butter before bed with like a Granny Smith apple and some cinnamon on top of it.
If you tend to wake up in the night try eating 1 tbsp
of almond butter before bed to balance blood sugar

I love stirring in manuka honey, slices
of banana and ground cinnamon as they all totally melt into the buckwheat to make it so amazingly sweet and creamy, I then add
almond milk for extra creaminess
before stirring in some
almond butter and baobab at the end.

of each one
before covering them with another spoonful
of chocolate.

of almond butter on it

I have used MaraNatha
almond butters for years, and I've purchased no stir varieties
before but for whatever reason this size or this style (creamy) is kind
of runny even when I stir from top to bottom thoroughly.
The gluten free tart shell I made for this berry tart used a mixture
of almond flour, arrowroot powder,
butter, and maple sugar — it needs just a few more tweaks
before I post it.

It's funny, I've been making nut
butter for quite some time, but never tried raw
almond at home
before... I liked this much more than any
of the raw nut
butters I've purchased.

almond butter fudge, but used organic peanut
butter instead because thatʻs all I had in the pantry... itʻs setting in the freezer at the mo... tasted a bit

I've also found that having a snack (e.g.
almonds or
almond butter) right
before bed helps with my sleep, and that if I wake up in the middle
of the night hungry, having a small snack helps me to fall back to sleep easier.
Before I cut the sugar, my breakfasts often consisted
of gluten free cereal, fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt, sometimes paleo toast with avocado and
almond butter, sometimes eggs (but mostly in the weekend), and sometimes pancakes!
For the best results, have your ingredients at room temperature (I usually store my maple syrup and
almond butter in the fridge, so I pull them out and stick them on top
of the warming oven for half an hour or so
before mixing up the dough).

of Aeropress coffee while I put away the dishes that have dried from dinner the night
before and then sit on the couch with my coffee and half a banana with pb or
almond butter and read blogs or browse the internet.

of calories, but I eat almost all
of it in one go (I know, bad habits), so I eat a LOT
before bed (mostly protein... peanut
butter and
almond butter... another bad habit) and only a small meal in the morning after a big workout early in the morning, so have a calorie deficit during most the day.
The
almond butter bites can be made ahead
of time, wrapped in plastic and stored in the fridge for a couple
of days
before dipping them in chocolate.
If using a brand new jar
of almond butter that has oil formed at the top, be sure to stir well
before measuring it out.

almond butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner, do it with a guilt - free conscience; just try your best to get something raw and fermented into everyone's mouth
before the meal is over and let it go!
So I almost always fuel my body
before exercise with a simple protein shake (easy to digest protein and
almond milk), or a half a banana and a small amount
of sun
butter.
