I love spreading each slice

of salt, that's it — it's so easy!

with two bananas as the base and then lots
of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a mixture
of some nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca, oats,
almond butter etc..
PS — my daughter loves this, just got her started on smoothies

almonds I used activated pumpkin seeds, I replaced cacao
with natural peanut
