I'm trying to cope with greek
yogurt + fresh fruit ice cream that we make in a blender or a small amount
of granola with unsweetened
almond milk.
To the 2/3 cups
almond milk I used in place
of yogurt, I added 2 tsp apple cider vinegar for a «
yogurt» - like quality.
I imagine these would still work but I tend to avoid 0 %
yogurts as they often contain a lot
of added sugars, and many
almond milk brands like this will contain additives and preservatives.
Sometimes I eat it right out
of the jar as a replacement for granola, other times I stir it up with some unsweetened
almond milk and eat it like oatmeal, and other times I add it to the top
of some coconut
yogurt and use it just like I would granola.
Just made these with all honey, Greek
yogurt, unsweetened
almond milk (what I had), and two cups
of frozen organic blueberries.
Hi Nataly, Actually, I make some changes to recipe I added only 1 tbs
of maple syrup, 1 tbs Greek
yogurt, 1/8 coconut oil, 1 tbs
of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs
of syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek
yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a little coconut oil, in the end I saw that the mix is a little hard so I added the
milk.
It is made with strawberries, plain
yogurt (try natural Greek style), unsweetened vanilla
almond milk, honey and a range
of delicious, nutritious toppings, including cacao nibs, sliced strawberries, granola, and chocolate - covered strawberries.
I made these with that in mind using vanilla
almond milk yogurt, ground cinnamon and a touch
of lime zest.

yogurt - like» concoction by blending the berries with a big handful
of spinach and a little bit
of almond milk (or kombucha, if you have it, to mimic some
of the happy, healthy probiotic beasties
of yogurt).
I also used unsweetened coconut
milk and
yogurt in place
of almond milk and Greek
yogurt.
Made a few substitutions: white ap flour instead
of whole wheat, silken tofu instead
of yogurt, lactaid instead
of almond milk and I doubled the recipe.
