For breakfast, Khloe makes a nutritious protein shake by
mixing one scoop
of whey protein powder, one tablespoon
of almond butter, one serving
of fruit, and ice.

Jasmine: For Christmas I give everyone homemade body oils in beautiful glass bottles that I collect all year — I
mix 50 ml Sweet
Almond Oil with 50 ml Meridian unrefined sesame oil (I also use this for oil pulling) and then add about 15 - 20 drops
of Baldwins Christmas oil blend (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, orange, pine).
Simply peel the mango and two
of the bananas and place them in a food processor with the ground flaxseed and a little
almond milk, then blend everything together into a smooth, creamy
mix.
Mix the remaining 3 tablespoons
of almond milk with the ground chia seeds.
Mix 1 cup

of body brushing, tongue scraping and making my own natural body oils from unrefined sesame oil
mixed with sweet
almond oil and my latest essential oil find.
The
mix of coconut,
almond butter and avocado means the mousse is rich and creamy, while the raspberries add a subtle sharpness that the honey and vanilla balance out perfectly.

Hi Nataly, Actually, I make some changes to recipe I added only 1 tbs
of maple syrup, 1 tbs Greek yogurt, 1/8 coconut oil, 1 tbs
of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs
of syrup is too much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container, so I added a little coconut oil, in the end I saw that the
mix is a little hard so I added the milk.
