If you have followed me for a while you know that I don't use regular cane sugar that often but I find that the
flavor of alternative sweeteners just doesn't always pair well with certain drinks.
Educated consumers are starting to tire of the never ending
parade of alternative sweeteners hitting the market, most of which prove toxic or unhealthy upon close inspection.
I do this to make a more natural tasting end product plus to minimize any adverse health effects that might turn up from using any one
of these alternative sweeteners.
Both of these alternative sweeteners are a 0 on the glycemic index.
