The exhibition consists of about a hundred photographs, strongly abstractive, without human presence, especially at night and especially doors and windows, while the titles of the photographs are titled from the corresponding names and numbers of the road that the building exists, creating a map of Athens, but the absence of human presence makes Athens seem deserted and lifeless and the only one that implies human presence are the streetlights and the lights of the buildings as well as a photo of the inside of an antique shop.

ANYA GALLACCIO / DOUG AND MIKE STARN The charming Gallaccio, a sweet contemporary of the sour Young British Artists, continues to mix up nature and artifice, with cast - bronze, silver - berried branches; a gilded bronze potato plant; actual gerbera daisies smushed and decaying between panes of glass set in antique doors; and draped fishnets made of gold lamé.

Taking place at the exquisite Palms Centre in Woodstock, the ArtMode pop - up - gallery will open its giant antique wooden doors again on the 24th of July 2015.

I have an antique goat cart that gets filled with pumpkins from the local farm, more pumpkins dotting that patio and steps leading up to the front door, lanterns (mine are not as pretty as yours, though), and my favorite edition purchased a couple of years ago — a life - sized rustic metal tom turkey!
