That's why this easy recipe for a small batch of apple cinnamon scones is one of my favorites.

These apple cinnamon scones are buttery and crumbly with sweet pieces of apples and crunchy pecans scattered throughout.

Oh, I like the idea of apples and bananas together inside the scone (instead of chunked up in it).

Apple cider vinegar is really good for you, it doesn't distort the flavour of the scones though.

I use a layer of caramel sauce to make them caramel apple scones!!

I just made these scones using apple in place of the blackberries and adding 1/2 tsp.

The recipe is pretty similar to my golden milk scone recipe but instead of coconut milk and apple cider vinegar, I used cultured unsweetened coconut yogurt with orange juice as the liquid.

But these Apple Cinnamon Scones take the hassle out of making this breakfast treat.
