Once the weather turns cooler and Fall is in the air, I think
of apples and pumpkins, especially since we live in the Northeast where the leaves are already starting to fall.
They are so delicious this time of year but they get ignored in favor

Butternut & Kale Filling 1 small butternut squash /

of choice (we use oat milk or almond milk) 2 eggs 150 g / 1 block feta cheese, crumbled

of New England tradition.
- In a bowl, add the flour, Cream
of Wheat, sugar, baking powder, baking soda
and pumpkin pie spice,
and whisk together to combine very well; next, add in the beaten egg, the
apple cider
and the vanilla,
and using a spatula, combine the mixture just until well blended, but not overly worked; next, add in the finely diced
apples and fold them into the batter until well combined.

We love to bring back some mementos in the way

apples and other deliciously flavorful edibles to feast on
and enjoy for the flavor
of the season.
I truly love being about to enjoy being outside
and doing fall - ish things with my family —
apple picking
and pumpkin picking, watching the hounds at one
of the local farms, or playing on the playground while bundled in sweatshirts.

I'm not much
of a
pumpkin person throughout the year, but when the weather gets cooler my thoughts turn to
pumpkin,
apple,
and hearty comfort food.
There's something special about this time
of year when the weather starts to cool down, the leaves turn beautiful shades
of orange
and red,
and there's
pumpkins,
apples and all other sorts
of fall foods everywhere that you can go
and pick as well.
Ingredients 1 small
pumpkin a pinch
of whole sea salt filtered water (to cook the
pumpkin) 2
apples (I used Red Delicious), peeled
and cut into cubes or slices 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil,
and some more to serve juice
of 3 cm fresh ginger root a large handful
of pumpkin seeds half a -LSB-...]
Freshly baked
pumpkin, hot
apple cider, those warm spices that linger, reflect those gorgeous jewel - toned leaves
and take the bite out
of the crisp fall air.
In this bowl I mixed plain greek yogurt, 1/2 golden delicious

of fall, just like

and pumpkins.
I love this time
of year when you bring out these incredible recipes featuring

How is it even remotely possible that we're nearly halfway through the month
of November
and I haven't posted a

For a little bit
of flavor I add some
apple juice
and vanilla extract to the liquid,
and some
pumpkin pie spice.
I worked my way through the
apples and then the
pumpkins and now it looks as though it's the turn
of bananas.
For the past couple
of weeks I've been daydreaming about
apples and pears, cranberries
and warming spices,
and of course,
pumpkin.
Because instead
of apples or kumquats or pineapple I've gone
and put caramel baked
pumpkin on top
of a cake.
I love the idea
of pumpkin and apple in muffins!
I made 4 batches
of wholesome
and healthy crisp bread (a perfect pregnant - snack)
and a warm, sweet
and spicy
pumpkin soup with caramelised
apples, crispy serrano
and popped, roasted
pumpkin seeds...
and luckily they loved it!
