Place one ball on each spoon on
top of the avocado cream, garnish with the roasted sesame and cashew seed and serve immediately.
To assemble: Toast 2 pieces of bread (suggested serving, then top with a generous
layer of avocado cream cheese, then fresh avocado slices, then a drizzle of chimichurri, then approximately 1/2 teaspoon honey and chopped pistachios, if using.
The best way to do this is to first put a layer
of avocado cream in a strip on the very left hand side, then top it with a sprinkling of quinoa and veggies.
When I «invented» this recipe I was sure I'll prepare spiralized zucchini noodles and some
kind of avocado cream, but it felt like something is missing, so I added some crispy fried bacon to my dish and then I realized it's perfect!
