of them.
I used a pound
of mini
baby bella mushrooms, but if you're not too crazy about them, feel free to only use 8 ounces
of mushrooms.

Instead
of canned cream
of mushroom, my recipe calls for fresh
baby bella mushrooms along with evaporated milk.
