The mixture

stew creates a glorious effect.
I made a few changes to the recipe based on availability
of ingredients, a desire to make the
stew a bit healthier, and a dislike
of lima
beans.

Munggo (mung
beans) are abundant and cheap in most parts
of my country and
stewing is one easy way to cook it.
In addition to vegetarian chili, a pressure cooker can be used to cook
bean soup,
stew or just a simple pot
of beans.
The texture is very similar to most
beans and do not pack that much flavour which makes them versatile in a variety
of recipes -LCB- taco fillings,
stews, soups, patties etc. -RCB-.
