If you like pink like us, you can alter the different shades of pink with the amount
of beetroot powder you use, I used 1 teaspoon for my daughter's cake and nearer 1 tablespoon for the main picture cake.
* if you use plain just squash a strawberry into it or add a teaspoon
of beetroot powder to make it pink.
I used kiwi berries and blueberries in these pictures which are great choices if you're watching your fructose intake, along with a sprinkle
of beetroot powder.
