of motion, with increased recruitment
of muscle
biceps muscle fibers at the top portion
of the
curl.
Anything else is cringe - worthy and occupying the squat rack to perform
biceps curls is the worst
of all possible misbehaviors you can pull off in a gym.
-- Use the
biceps to generate the power to
curl the weight, and squeeze them at the top
of the movement and hold for a second or two.
Including hummer
curls in your
biceps training will put greater focus on the long head, adding to the rounded look
of your
biceps.
A nice example would be strictly
curling 100 lbs, as opposed to cheat - cutling 200 lbs and using every muscle
of your body, except the
biceps to lift the weight.
