I used purple diakon and
black radishes with a few carrots added along with several cloves

Continuing my enjoyment
of the
black turtle beans, I integrated them into a Passover appropriate breakfast and enjoyed it with a «
radish head».
The grouper was dusted in blackening spices (chili powder, turmeric, garlic, cumin, chili flakes, oregano, onion, coriander, salt and pepper), pan seared, and served with
black bean corn mango salsa, guac, warm tortillas, and some garnishes
of jalapeno, cilantro,
radishes, and lime.
The water rehydrates the grain, and the soaking liquid can be used in the final dish, like in this brothy bowl
of black barley, thinly sliced mushrooms, spicy kimchi, and raw
radishes.
This was mixed leaves, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes,
radish,
black beans, hemp oil, avocado and lashings
of nutritional yeast - as always.
For the production
of GNT's micronised powders, only fruit, vegetables and edible plants like
radishes, purple potatoes,
