Add your mango or pineapple and last portion
of blended banana to the Vitamix.

of blending a banana with cocoa powder, milk and cinnamon, and warming it up in a pot.
Not exact matches
Simply peel the mango and two
of the
bananas and place them in a food processor with the ground flaxseed and a little almond milk, then
blend everything together into a smooth, creamy mix.
This
blend of oats, almonds and flax makes each pancake brilliantly thick with a perfectly warm, squishy middle — just like good american pancakes, while the addition
of ripe
banana to the batter also makes them deliciously sweet so you just need a drop
of pure maple syrup for extra deliciousness!
Once the
banana has frozen, place the
banana and the rest
of the ingredients into a blender and
blend until smooth!
