Both love for what the earth has offered us, love and

I believe that the only way to heal our planet is to change the way we think: if we re-imagine our plates and our produce and our farming methods, if we choose not just to eat organic but to live in the motto
of local, organic farming — feed our
bodies, the earth, and the animals with love and
kindness — then we will change the world.
A growing
body of scientific work shows that gratitude and
kindness are traits that lead to higher levels
of well - being.
When women start to care for their
bodies and fuel their
bodies with nutrition, movement, and a whole lot
of self - love and
kindness, they start to stand more powerfully, make better choices in life and create more possibility for their future.
