I didn't have any flax for the first couple
of batches, so subbed extra almond flour, then made it my
bread machine and it was a hit.
SG — I am not that familiar with
bread machines because I don't have one, but part
of the problem might be that it didn't pick up the extra flour it would have each time it was pressed out on the counter between risings.
When the
bread machine finished
doing its thing after 1 1/2 hours, I noticed that the color
of the dough was funny... turns out that I used King Arthur's white whole wheat flour instead
of regular white flour.
Would I need to make any changes with the adding / mixing
of ingredients and such if I
did use a
bread machine?

of them >> update: I just bought a
bread machine and if I don't use it a few times a week, it's going to get the boot.

of bread machine you have, but as far as we know, most
of them
do two rises total.

Fortunately I inherited an unused
bread machine from a friend so I didn't have to go through the pain
of kneading.

I can have my

of the mixing work and then I can easily make these once the dough is ready.
Dough is about the only reason I use my
bread machine, but I'll never get rid
of mine for just that reason... in fact, I just took on another one that someone doesn't want!
