any of my bread recipes can be made in a bread maker, but braided or shaped breads like challah need to be baked in an oven.
So glad you were able to try
some of my bread recipes, those are the most used in our house.
I got ta say, I could have easily made 20 or 30

However, in
any of the bread recipes that call for a long, slow rise in the refrigerator, even a rice flour that is not ground «superfine» will work.

All of my bread recipes that I previously made in Calgary don't seem to work here — I have tried all the different suggestions for using less yeast and added vital wheat gluten etc., but so far have only produced a dense dry bread, so I'm hoping this recipe will be the charm!
