By the way my daughters and I made some
of your yummy
cookies and YES we used
browned butter for Christmas and they were a hit with a capital H.
You totally deserve a
cookie award, they look fabulousoh (and now I feel like I need to make them again with your addition
of vanilla bean infused
browned butter.
1) Sift self - raising flour into a large mixing bowl 2) Cut the

cookie cutter (or a champagne glass) to cut out small circles

brown on top 9) Once scones have cooled, cut them sideways into half 10) Mix chopped fresh chives and cream cheese together until they have integrated homogeneously 11) On each scone half, spread some cream cheese and chive mixture, then place a couple
of slices
of ham and cheese on top, then top with more cream cheese mixture and finally sprinkle with fresh chives

cookie dough # 2; cooked posole in one bag, red sauce in another (for this); 2 pounds wild huckleberries; 1 sweet whole wheat pastry tart shell, round; 1 sweet whole wheat pastry tart shell, rectangle; 6 small spelt - semolina tart shells; small bag
of ginger juice; 2 pounds Straus European - style
butter; plenty
of this green soup - I puree it and make a tart filling; one pack
of three - grain tempeh; a stack
of frozen rye crepes; cooked farro, pound
of green beans; pack
of expired acai juice; 8 Parmesan rinds, and roughly five pounds
of cherries from my sister's tree.

Then I looked at the recipe on the back
of the Rice Krispies box and thought that if we were bothering to melt the
butter we might as well keep melting to
brown it to create a richer, toasted flavor, similar to my Perfect Chocolate Chip
Cookies.
A couple months ago I tried Bon Appetit's recipe for
Brown Butter and Toffee Chocolate Chip
Cookie and Pat and I instantly decided that it's one
of the best
cookie recipes out there.
1) Melt
butter 2) Dissolve sugar in melted
butter 3) Mix sugar
butter mixture with self - raising flour until homogenously mixed 4) Knead
cookie dough with your hands on a cool, flat surface, using a rolling pin to flatten it to 0.7 cm thickness 5) Use a round

cookie sandwich (the parts where dulce de leche is exposed) with shredded coconut

cookies have crisp, caramelized edges (thanks to
butter and
brown sugar going to work), and chewy, toothsome interiors, studded with juicy cherry chunks, and pieces
of dark chocolate.

of course they are, because they are full
of brown sugar and
butter and will haunt your dreams.

of space between each ball until the tray is full 6) Bake in oven at around 170 deg celcius (medium heat for gas oven) for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges
of the
cookies start turning golden

cookies to a plate to cool
These are all the ingredients you'll need to make fabulously soft chocolate chip
cookies: salted
butter, granulated sugar, dark
brown sugar, vanilla, two eggs, cornstarch, baking soda, salt, all - purpose flour, and 2-1/2 cups
of semi-sweet chocolate chips (1/2 cup more chocolate chips than the Nestle Toll House
cookie recipe).
The nutty
brown butter, the gooey chocolate chips, and the crunchy toffee walnuts (that you will have to physically restrain yourself from downing all
of before they can make it into the
cookie dough) all unite to form one
of the most outrageous
cookies I have ever encountered.
Add to that the nuttiness
