(b) a person who is certified, under section 222
of the Business Corporations Act, by the Auditor Certification Board, or
(a) be licensed in relation to a maximum of 4 brokerages that are affiliated within the meaning
of the Business Corporations Act, and
(c) as an alternative for a brokerage that is a reporting issuer within the meaning
of the Business Corporations Act, a person who is authorized under the Securities Act to make an auditor's report;
(4) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may, by order, direct that one or more provisions
of the Business Corporations Act apply to the insurance corporation.
