My husband is in NOLA right now on a business trip, and talking about yummy
cajun food reminded me
of my trip to Mississippi for work a couple
of years ago.
However, if you aren't a fan
of spicy
food lighten up on the
cajun seasoning and use another one
of your favorite spices.

But speaking
of returning for yummy
food... If I ever make it back to the Dallas area, I'm heading straight for Razoo's
cajun kitchen and ordering stuffed shrimp and rat - toes (crab stuffed jalapenos).
I'm excited to get back to the Big Easy and enjoy some delicious
cajun food, learn more about NOLA's history, and,
of course, take a «boos and booze» ghost tour.
