of these calorie calculators end up giving recommendations in the 10 - 12 calories per pound of body weight.

You can use an exercise
calculator (here's one I like) to estimate the number
of calories you burn from a wide variety
of exercises.
I plugged the recipie into a nutrition
calculator, and (for a 16 serving pan) came up with 165
calories per bar with 3.7 grams
of protein!
I think there are a lot
of online
calorie calculators if you want to get more precise
calorie info.
I used a
calculator that I found online (so I don't know how accurate this is), but it tells me that it should have 315
calories, 13.8 g
of fat, 60 mg
of potassium, 40g
of carbs, 9g fiber, 8.3 g protein and so on I hope this helps!
