I'm confused and / or frustrated, I've been doin the keto - diet since Jan 1st trying to data round 20g
of carbs per day most recently I have been eating lots of walnuts and macadamia nuts inbetween meals or late at night.

most of this article, one point I would have issue with is suggesting someone could go with as little as zero grams
of carbs per day.
