The Cashew Festival is an annual celebration of the harvesting
of the cashew nuts and is held the first weekend in May.

nuts to make a whole «cheese» portion, so mixed it with
cashews... i also had no nutritional yeast and (very uncharacteristically) ran out
of lemons - too many lemon and ginger waters!
