Since the vast
majority of chest exercises are performed in a reasonably stable position, there are some muscle fibers that never get fully worked.
One great way to incorporate more dumbbell work into your routine is by replacing the barbell with dumbbells on the bench press, the
king of chest exercises.
On this site you find
dozens of chest exercises for men and women, and you can use dumbbells in many ways to challenge your chest muscles and stabilizer muscles.
This applies regardless of what
type of chest exercise you are doing — pushups, dumbbell flys, bench presses, neck presses or dips.
This exercises increases strength to the outer areas of the pecs and also works the shoulders (similar to
all of these chest exercises).
Go through
all of these chest exercises and watch as the results pour in.
Absolute perfect form is NOT necessary when doing all of your reps (or repetitions)
of a chest exercise but you should at least strive for near perfect form on most of the reps you do.
