Ive cut the agave to just under a cup and I now add about half cup
of chocolate almond milk to the batter, it makes it smoother and adds a little more sweetness to it.

You can replace the
almond flour with almost any flour
of choice, or cacao powder for a tropical

almonds and coconut flakes instead
of pecans and goji berries and it tastes amazing definitely prefer this
chocolate over store - bought ones!

Take the moulds out the fridge and scoop some

of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parachment paper, top each cookies with extra

These doughnuts come together quickly, just a mix
of oat flour, cocoa powder, vegan
chocolate protein powder (which also adds sweetness), and
almond milk.
Also, one variation I like doing is Mexican
chocolate, by adding 1 - 2 Tbsp
of almond butter and a 1/4 tsp
of cinnamon (or more) to the wet mix and mixing thoroughly.
Once the
almond butter layer is set, pour on the rest
of the
chocolate (if it hardened a bit, you can microwave it briefly until it's pourable again) and refrigerate until set.
