The three

This classic holiday treat is just a
layer of melted
chocolate with crushed peppermint on top — but when you put those two ingredients together, magic happens.
Called Violet Crumbles in Australia, these are airy bars
of caramel - like «honey comb» coated with a thin

To accompany the
layered vanilla bean and blood orange panna cotta, I made an orange caramel sauce with a touch
of allspice and orange hazelnut dark
