I know I post a
lot of chocolate recipes, but I really do prefer vanilla over chocolate when it comes to cake... it's just so pure and gourmet tasting.
This walnut brownie recipe is well overdue and in my opinion a highly welcome addition to the burgeoning list
of chocolate recipes on this website.
My posts recently have included a
lot of chocolate recipes, like this one for chocolate bars and this one for hot fudge sauce with chocolate ice cream.
And BTW, I don't think you need to apologize for posting yet another salad recipe, after all you do have a nice
balance of chocolate recipes too, right??
But I have been posting a lot
of chocolate recipes lately (like these cookies and these bars and these bars), so I wanted to keep this one not chocolate.
This means that while certified cocoa might not end up in every chocolate bar because of certified and non-certified ingredients mixing at the company's facility or the facilities of the company's suppliers, the supply chain is still buying cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms and including this ingredient in the overall
manufacturing of its chocolate recipes.
