On low speed, beat about half
of the cocoa mixture into the butter mixture.
Add a couple of spoonfuls of flour to the cake mixture stirring in gently, followed by a couple of spoonfuls
of cocoa mixture.
Drop spoonfuls
of cocoa mixture in rows across the crust, then use a toothpick or the back of a butter knife to create the tic tac toe pattern by dragging it horizontally and then vertically through the chocolate.
