Just made these, substituted adding chocolate protein powder along with
cocoa powder, combination
of raisins, dried cherries, and cranberries, also added sunflower
seeds, omitted chia never had any and it was totally delish.

These are sugar - free, the dates gives them their super sweetness and the

seeds and nuts are blitzed finely (or hidden in the case
of the toddler) and the coconut oil makes these truffles silky smooth.

of course things like cauliflower «rice» or «mashed potato», rhubarb crumble (with topping made with almond meal), the new so delicious sugar free coconut ice creams...
The best part
of these bite - size snacks is how customizable they are — use whichever nut or
seed butter you prefer and have fun rolling them in different coatings like unsweetened
cocoa powder or coconut.
Plus, they are endlessly customizable by varying the spices, extracts, and other add - ins, or by giving them a chic coating
of chia
seeds,
cocoa powder, or chopped nuts.
All you need is some coconut oil, a bit
of unsweetened
cocoa powder, a drizzle
of maple syrup, and some raisins and
seeds if you like some nice add - ons.
