of coconut ice cream from Maples this winter.
My daughter thought they felt more like a dessert so she topped hers with a scoop
of coconut ice cream.
To serve, top each fillo shell with a scoop
of coconut ice cream.

of coconut ice cream, or coconut milk, I really think you'll like this recipe.
Just recently I found that Trader Joe's started carrying their own version
of coconut ice cream for only $ 2.99 a pint, so at least that's an option if you live near one.
Since I stopped eating commercial ice cream 6 or so years ago, I've probably made hundreds of batches
of coconut ice cream.
Served with silky smooth chocolate sauce and a spoonful
of coconut ice - cream, this is the perfect no - fuss, chocoholics dessert.

This dessert is basically a less - sweet version
of a donut that's filled with vanilla custard and topped with
icing and
coconut.
The menu was like a snapshot
of my youth, with offerings like Filipino - style spaghetti (it's a bit sweeter than what most Americans are used to) and «Halo - halo» (literally translated, «mix - mix»), a delicious dessert made up
of shaved
ice, evaporated milk, fruit,
coconut,
ice cream... and boiled sweet beans.
I recommend throwing a chunk
of these brownies to your smoothie or layer in a parfait glass with
ice cream made from Ella's recipe or as I do — I make mine in the
ice cream machine using full fat
coconut milk instead
of cream and traditional milk..

Ice - Cream 2 cups raw cashews — soaked overnight 2 cups meat
of fresh young Thai
coconut 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice 3/4 cup agave syrup or another sweetener
of choice zest
of 2 oranges 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 cup
coconut oil
I love it served with a little
coconut yoghurt or a dollop
of ice cream (I recently found an amazing cashew based raspberry ripple, which is a dream!)
Add a little dollop
of ice cream or yogurt (have you tried this
coconut one?!)
Icing 1 cup macadamia nuts 1/2 cup cashews 3/4 cup meat
of young Thai
coconut 2 tablespoons each light agave syrup 2 tablespoons raw honey 3/4 cup
coconut oil
This soft serve is its own thing — delightfully quick and easy and with little fuss to speak
of, especially if you already have the
coconut ice cubes ready to go.
Looks so beautiful... any ideas how I can make fluffy

Place back on the baking tray, hold one end
of the strawberry
icing bag whilst drizzling it over the chocolate truffles and then sprinkle with desiccated
coconut.

of the quick soft serve
ice cream technique, where you freeze
coconut milk in
ice cube trays and then blend the cubes with fruit, sweetener, etc. into into a perfectly spoonable frozen treat?
It's really a perfect summer treat, especially with a dollop
of coconut yoghurt or
ice cream!
Because variety is the sweetest spice
of life, I opted to make two different flavours
of coconut kefir
ice cream pops: Honey + Vanilla and Raspberry Cream.
Besides good, old - fashioned agua, I've been a huge fan
of iced chamomile tea, fresh
coconut water, fresh vegetable juice, and green smoothies.
Coconut oil is has an advantage over other fats in that it slows down the melting
of ice cream.
Using
coconut milk yogurt and
coconut cream instead
of classic yogurt this pud is dairy free and lighter than a usual
iced yogurt.
Whilst I don't use a lot
of sugar I don't actively avoid it either (although I use
coconut sugar most
of the time) but I shall give this a try when I next do some baking, or maybe in my next batch
of iced tea!
I used extra
coconut flour instead
of arrowroot, left out the chile and used almond butter in the
icing because that's what I had.
I've seen some
of these on pinterest but they all have
coconut milk so I love that yours is much simpler and the technique to make it creamy because almond milk does get
ice hard.

So many chocolate layers with a sugary pecan -
coconut filling in between and then
iced in more chocolate... it's certainly not a cake for the faint
of heart!
These are all the ingredients you'll need to make these spectacular rum drinks:
ice, Malibu Caribbean Rum with
Coconut Liqueur, 100 % pure pomegranate juice, carbonated lemon / lime soda, fresh pomegranate seeds, red sugar for rimming the glasses, and sprigs
of fresh rosemary for garnishing.
Once the
coconut milk mixture has chilled, pour into prepared
ice cream machine and churn 10 - 15 minutes until beginning to thicken, then slowly drop in the cookie dough bites, allowing the mixture to churn another 5 - 10 minutes until the consistency
of soft serve.
Once it's ready to go, serve it up and top with a dollop
of coconut whipped cream, whipped cream, or
ice cream!
I did also whip the «
icing» — which is more
of a ganache, but is absolutely fabulous (and added a drop
of coconut flavor, cause I just have to tweak stuff).
When putting the
coconut filling in between the layers, would you recommend piping a dam
of chocolate
icing around the cake to prevent the filing from spilling out the sides?

I usually eat about 3 - 4 small pieces
of dark chocolate, maybe some
coconut ice cream at night.
Have a taste
of the tropics with a homemade frozen pina colada: a blend
of ice, pineapple slices and juice,
coconut cream and rum.
The recipe calls for milk
of your choice, such as almond or soy, frozen strawberries, banana,
ice cubes, protein powder, agave nectar (but you can substitute with honey or maple syrup if you're not a fan
of agave), and toppings, such as berries, banana, granola and
coconut flakes.
Combine the rum, banana, cream
of coconut, lime juice and
ice in a blender and process until smooth.
Dairy free yet utterly fresh, fragrant and delicious, mango and passion fruit sundae is made with
coconut frozen yogurt instead
of ice cream

coconut ice cream — I am definitely making that!
Then, once cooled, you literally tear it up (note the bowl
of cake bits above), knead in some chilled
coconut milk (yep, that's that
ice cream looking blob on the cake bits), and roll into bite - sized balls (see above).

If you want them to have a bit more
of the German Chocolate Cake
Icing texture, use shredded
coconut instead but they're delicious either way.
