smoothie and LOVE it for breakfast or lunch... i use chocolate almond
milk or chocolate
coconut milk, bananas, peanut butter, a tbsp
of ground almonds or hazelnuts and a tbsp
of oat bran!!!
I usually opt out
of soy
milk, but I do love almond and
coconut milk for my
smoothies.
To make the whipped cream, open the can
of coconut milk and scoop out the top layer
of solid
coconut cream into the bowl
of a stand mixer (sidenote: save the remaining
coconut liquid for
smoothies!).

coconut milk blended with dates and vanilla to make the «cheesecake» swirl that I layered and swirled into the mix

of choice, and an unrefined sweetener such as honey or
coconut nectar, they create a lean, mean, green, SUPERCHARGED
smoothie.
I switched to almond
milk, I've had great success, I only have it with cereal so far, I haven't made a
smoothie yet but I'm going to start making them again and use a Tbl spoon
of virgin
coconut oil.
My personal favorite is a mixture
of strawberries,
coconut mil and a little spinach but in a pinch, just plain
coconut milk and this Protein
