Butter is a big part
of this cake, and because I don't have a ton
of experience baking with
coconut oil, I don't feel comfortable advising it —
or, for that matter, advising against it.
Since nuts have lots
of healthy fat, you don't need much
butter (
or coconut oil, if you prefer) in the recipe for a rich, creamy texture.
One thing you could try is to rub some
