For the chocolate drizzle, melt the chocolate and
coconut oil together in a glass bowl set
over a pot
of simmering water.
In a small sauce pan boil some water, place
coconut oil in a heat proof bowl
over top
of boiling water, until melted.

over body moisturizer when I get out
of the shower, and started using it a couple
of weeks ago on my face after my shower and at night before bed.
Coconut oil is primarily saturated (
over 90 %), with the bulk
of it coming from lauric acid, a medium chain saturated fatty acid; it's incredibly heat - stable.
