In goes a bit
of coconut peanut butter and coconut milk, out comes something that is FREAKIN AWESOME.
In the morning I topped it with banana slices and a scoop
of coconut peanut butter.

Next, I topped the apples and
peanut butter with unsweetened flaked
coconut, sliced almonds, a few pecans and,
of course, chocolate chips.
Whisk in the
coconut milk, muscavado, tamari,
peanut butter, lime zest and a cup
of water.

Beyond that, the recipe basically involves melting together the
coconut oil /
butter,
peanut butter, and honey, then stirring the resulting mixture into a bowl
of rolled oats and roasted
peanuts.
We liked the cookies small, as
coconut flour can tend to be like eating a spoon
of peanut butter — rather thick and clingy in your mouth.
The next thing is to get rid
of inflammatory fatty acids such as processed vegetables oils (corn, canola, soybean, safflower,
peanut, etc) and eat more good fats such as avocados,
coconut fats, grass - fed
butter and olives / olive oil.

of Medjool dates, raw cacao powder,
peanut butter, unsweetened desiccated
coconut,
coconut milk,
coconut oil.

I finally managed to whittle down my out -
of - control nut
butter stash to just 2 jars — 1
peanut, 1 almond (
coconut butter and tahini don't count) but then my cupboard was looking a little bare so I had to restock again -LRB-!)
If you want to add a tbsp or two
of peanut butter or almond
butter you can, just add a tiny bit
of coconut flour to the mix so you're bars don't end up too sticky.
It worked extremely well in this decadent
peanut butter and chocolate concoction, which uses a little bit
of cornstarch to thicken the
coconut and keep it creamy.
My fav flavor is the purely decadent
coconut milk mint chip ice cream... oh and the chocolate
peanut butter swirl which CHUNKS
of peanut butter....
I think I will have to try making my own version
of a
peanut butter cup by adding this to one
of my
coconut oil chocolate recipes.
I make something similar to this smoothie and LOVE it for breakfast or lunch... i use chocolate almond milk or chocolate
coconut milk, bananas,
peanut butter, a tbsp
of ground almonds or hazelnuts and a tbsp
of oat bran!!!
But what about cookies full

Ours is milk, cocoa,

It's just melting the

Well, to make that freezer more crammed than it already is, So Delicious Dairy Free kindly shipped us samples
of three new
coconut - based dairy - free ice cream flavors that we're nutso about — Chocolate
Peanut Butter Swirl, Oregon Mixed Berry and Simple Strawberry.
I probably don't need to say this, but these can be made into any type
of chip cookie you want — add chocolate chips, or butterscotch, or
peanut butter chips, or add some chopped walnuts or toasted
coconut or chopped heath bars or sprinkles — they will be good no matter what the mix - ins are.
The
peanut butter and dates make them slightly chewy, and the
coconut and chocolate chips are the sprinkles on top
of an already happy little party
of yum.
For the blossom cookies we used a
peanut butter that had a hint
of coconut and it was so good!
