I can see some people have already used

of buck wheat or brown
rice flour which is what I would like to do however i'm not sure on the measurements.

coconut sugar and tapioca flour work in place
of the
rice flour and agave sector?

Rice is one
of my makeover recipes.
Garlic rosemary cauliflower mash is one
of my favorite sides, and cauliflower
rice is an easy addition to a Thai
coconut curry.
I also skipped chopping the
coconut, scallions, and cilantro and instead stirred them into the
rice during the last 5 minutes
of steaming.
1 kg pumpkin, cut into large cubes 2 — 3 carrots (about 250g), cut into 10 - cm [3 - inch] pieces 3 — 4 cloves garlic, unpeeled 1 — 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 1/2 cup [200g] cooked
rice (equals to about 1/3 cup uncooked) 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon powder or 1 cube (or use vegetable stock instead
of water) 1 tablespoon minced ginger (make your own at home) 3 — 4 cups water 1/2 cup canned
coconut milk Juice from 1 — 2 sweet oranges * 2 teaspoons sugar (or maple syrup / other sweetener), adjust quantity to taste 4 — 5 stems curled parsley, finely chopped Other dried herbs (thyme, herbes de Provence...) if desired, optional Salt and pepper to taste
The sauce,
of which there is plenty (I like a little chicken with my sauce), is built from tomato and yogurt (no
coconut milk this time) though I did accompany with a
coconut infused brown basmati (just add 1 Tbsp
of coconut oil to the
rice while cooking, works like a charm), the boys love it too.
I've seen all sorts
of flours and gluten free flours (
rice / spelt / oat, etc) but never
coconut flour.
I haven't made panna cotta with soy,
rice or
coconut milk, but I'd be interested in hearing from any who have tried any
of them.
And most
of them are FODMAPs friendly because they use hemp and
rice protein, and
coconut sugar and syrup.
My mods to the recipe:

of substitutions based on what I had on hand (I used peanut butter instead
of almond butter, unsweetendd flake

rice ceral) and they turned out AMAZING!
For example, if you were making Mexican - inspired
rice and beans, you could use olive oil instead
of coconut oil, skip the ginger, and add cumin and / or chili powder.
It is dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free, sweetened mainly with
coconut and cashews, plus just a touch
of rice malt syrup.
To amp this healthy meal up further you have all the nutrients
of the veggies, the wonderful healthy fats from the
coconut milk, and it's super low - carb with the addition
of cauliflower
rice instead
of the typical white
rice used in a curry dish.

All you have to do is chop up some veggies, heat in a pan with the curry paste, spices, and a splash
of coconut milk, crack open a can
of tuna, and assemble it all around some cauliflower
rice which was heated in some
coconut milk.
