I find adding a tsp or
so of collagen powder helps make my drinks stay nice and frothy — that might be something you could try.
On my last vacation, I threw together a blueberry chocolate parfait with ingredients that are easy to pack on the go: 1 coconut yogurt (like Coyo) mixed with a
packet of collagen powder (like Vital Proteins — optional), topped with dried blueberries and probiotic granola (like Purely Elizabeth), drizzled with a packet of almond butter (like Justin's).
Try adding in a couple of
scoops of collagen powder (great for skin, hair, skin, nails, joints, boosts metabolism, improves liver & cardiovascular health, and will even help heal leaky gut).
To avoid cravings and snacking before lunch, I sometimes add a tablespoon or two
of collagen powder - it works a treat!
