of the sink and the stove because it works better for me but I'm looking forward to even more brightness and openness once that cabinet is gone and I suspect I'll «feel» as though I've gained a lot more
counter space.

of tiles on spacer bars to maintain an equal
space between the
counter and the backsplash
In this white kitchen, the large island provides much
of the room's
counter space and is situated to provide a solid working triangle
between it, the stove, and the refrigerator.
Between my French press, blender, microwave, dish rack, and home décor, the
counters can get messy... And that's leaving out the conditions
of my cabinet
space.
