of crazy diets out there.
I used to follow all kinds
of crazy diets: Atkins, Dukan, Nutrisystem, you name it.

Hi Yulia, recently I had to finish the 811
diet because I fought few problems — my period went
crazy (I had it every 2 weeks), my skin went from dry to superdry, corners
of my lips were bleeding, I was tired and I found I gained weight..
(When you look at some
of the other «
diets» which many are
crazy dangerous and ineffective... it makes you think.)
I started doing different crash

of supplements I knew nothing about in my teens because I thought I was broken.
