Remove the chilled can
of cream of coconut from the refrigerator.
Slowly pour 1/2
of the cream of coconut over one of the cakes, making sure the liquid is going down into the holes.
Also, I used the can
of cream of coconut but mixed it with only 1/2 of the can of sweetened condensed milk.

I recommend throwing a chunk
of these brownies to your smoothie or layer in a parfait glass with ice
cream made from Ella's recipe or as I do — I make mine in the ice
cream machine using full fat

I'm not entirely sure how they make the
coconut cream and I haven't tried melting it into my porridge before but I imagine that it could taste good, but I'm just not sure about the consistency
of it.
If you want to try it with all
coconut cream I think it would be fine, however I'd recommend increasing the lemon by a couple
of tsp as well as adding some onion and garlic powder since you'll lose the flavor from the mayo.
I love
cream of coconut too... I bet that was a delicious substitute!
