and it makes the equivalent of 2 cans
of Cream of Mushroom soup.
I also often use 1 can of cream of celery soup and 1 can
of cream of mushroom soup and sometimes add a half cup or so of mayonnaise and it comes out very good.
Place your beef roast (about 2 pounds) in your slow cooker and pour in 1 can
of cream of mushroom soup (no water added), and then sprinkle 1 packet of onion soup mix on top.
