Sometimes I don't want to make an entire batch
of cupcakes so this is perfect!
My husband told me he is dreaming
of the cupcakes so today I am making another batch.
Was actually realy disappointed with these, I bake a lot, especially cupcakes and sadly these paper cases came away from the cakes during baking on a lot
of the cupcakes so they just didn't look as good for my daughter's party.
We're celebrating my nephew's birthday this weekend and my mom and I are the only ones who are GF, so I'm going to whip up a small batch
of cupcakes so we can enjoy one too!
And I want to take one bite out
of each cupcake so that I can sample all the combos.

The combination
of moist, super soft chocolate

so delicious.
You will have a lot
of frosting leftover though,
so I would suggest half the recipe for frosting, or double the
cupcake recipe.
I made dinner rolls for the 1st time and they were a little denser than I wanted... was wondering if the xanthem gum was the culprit...
so I looked up adjusting xanthem gum for dense bread and it brought me here... your article says if bread is rubbery it might have too much xanthem... I have perfected my
cupcakes they are light fluffy and moist... and good enough that I was able to sell them at a local cafe for 3.00 a piece and could not keep up... anyway the xanthem gum measurements for cakes is supposed to be 1/2 tsp per cup and I only use 1/4 tsp per cup...
so I am thinking if I reduce the xanthem in the rolls it would produce an airier roll... as everyone knows gluten free flours can be expensive... and I wanted to avoid making a failed batch as bread and cake are a bit different... the 1st batch tased great... just won't leave much room for food due to density... as is the problem with lots
of gluten free stuff... am I on the right track?

of months now.
It is not a health thing
so much as 9 times out
of 10 the decorations do not really match the flavor
of the
cupcake or cookie, and that drives me crazy.
I love the addition
of the zucchini in these
cupcakes, they look
so rich and tasty!
In honour
of Valentine's Day, we had a
cupcake baking party and it was
so fun!
I was absolutely in love with the idea
of using

so I made about 12 dozen
of both kinds
of cupcakes.
It's
