The sweetness

tarts, I love it, and bravo for not adding cream or

tarts, such as the Herbed Ricotta Tart, this one has no
custard or cream added; it's just sliced tomatoes, fresh herbs, and sliced rounds
of soft goat cheese, which get browned on top.

tart from the recipe for Peach
Custard Pie that is found in the July / August 2010 issue
of Eating Well magazine and the crust was inspired by Elana Amsterdam.
When I think
of strawberries I naturally think
of cream, or in the case
of a
tart, a vanilla
custard cream.
They say April showers bring May flowers, hopefully you enjoy my rendition
of these spring - inspired

This made a thick, pinkish mush (not nearly as pretty as the photo - also some
